you need to modify the chassis including the engine mounting points. you need to then find a longitudinal gearbox for the engine and in many cases this means either modifying the engine block or just buying a different engine and gearbox. you also need to find a driveshaft of the proper length or make your own. then find a differential, and lastly, modify the rear assembly to handle power to the rear wheels.
for things like this, you really need to have enough knowledge and mechanical skill to know you can do it. if you have to ask, you can't.
If you have a huge butt load of money you can't think of using for anything else. But, why would you?
