Can you bleed your cars brakes thru your master cylinder?

No. You have to bleed from the slave cylinders at each wheel. You start with the bleed valve farthest away from the master cylinder. A 'one man' bleeding kit makes it much easier and is more effective.

Each wheel needs to be bleed in the sequence specified by the maker . . . . . some master cylinders also need to be bled and have bleeder valves for that purpose.

No. You can use a vacuum system to suck the fluid out at each wheel or a system that pressurises the master cylinder to force fluid out of each wheel.

can do ,but its better to bleed the brakes from the calipers. due to gravity.

Yes you can.
