The plugs would not be the cause unless they were defective to start with and would not start the vehicle they came out of. You may have hooked up the wires in the wrong sequence and the engine will not start as a result. They may also be the wrong type. If they do not match the type you removed, then that could be the problem.
It might be possible, especially if the gap is WAY to wide or WAY to narrow, but I'd be willing to bet that the firing order was crossed up during the job.
ohh ok thanx for the help, am going to check that out
i just replaced the sparkplugs and wires on my car, and after that my car didnt want to start, could the plugs be the problem??
(my brother bought the plugs from a 2001 model, but i had recently changed the motor to a 2005, not sure if that caused it)
and the car was working right before i changed the plugs.
