Can my dealership not abide by my warranty agreement?

What does your warranty say about "self inflicted" damage?

It probably says they will not repair self inflicted damage---car wrecks etc. It becomes "he said she said"

Have you tried taking the care in for waranty work at a different dealer?? There is no requirement you go to the original dealer for warranty repair.

There are also government agencies that regulate car dealers. If the above doesn't help try them.

If NO dealer will repair the car AND If you feel strongly in the right then off you go to small claims court or you get a lawyer.

In the owners manual will be the 800 number for Hyundai Headquarters call them for more help. but why did the bumper fall off of a 2013 car any kind if body damage will void the body part of a warranty sounds like something more to this story

Ummmm if you guys would learn to read I CLEARLY stated I had a part fixed incorrectly on my bumper which caused it to fall off the frame. There's a part under the bumper frame (wind visor or something) that had gotten messed up. The bumper was popped off slightly as a result but they told me it was nothing to worry about and they only replaced the wind visor. But when i took it back the manager looked at my car and told me it was an improper fix and they failed to evaluate the problem which ultimately resulted in my bumper to start falling. Jeez. Do not comment if you cannot read.

If you read your warranty, you would know there are numerous exceptions and exclusions in it. Bumpers typically don't "fall off" of a new car.

"free car paint and it covers body and frame damage " I would have to read this, to believe any company would cover accidents

this is what car insurance is for

your story sounds fishy to me

I have 2013 hyundai accent. I am the first owner and it has a 100,000 mile warranty. Yes I have read my warranty fully and the seller read it to me prior to purchasing. My warranty offers things that I can take advantage of like a free oil change, tire rotation, free car paint and it covers body and frame damage and electrical problems. The problem I am having is that when i go to take advantage of these thing ( I had a part on my car fixed and two weeks later the bumper fell off. I took it back and they said it was fixed poorly. And the electrical port/charger part of my car went out last month),my dealership refuses to abide by my warranty.Instead they TELL me what I have done to my car. I was told I ran off the road and made my bumper fall off and that I stuck metal in my port and made it stop working. NONE of these things are true nor did they actually try to evaluate they cause of these problems. They just looked me in my face and told me I did this stuff.I feel they are making excuses to invalidate my warranty. Can they do this?
