Yes. But dry it off when your done washing it. Well water gives vehicles some bad water spots that is hard to get off the next time you wash it. Use a chamois, or do what I do and use a leaf blower. It works very well to dry a car.

only if it's filtered or you can wreck the paintwork some have microgranules of abrasive substances that would ruin the paint , fill a jar with the water and leave it a few days and see if there is any sediment

you can use any water you want , even from a river or lake if you feel like it

as long as its clean and warmed and you use some good auto soap it will not matter where the water came from
