Hello

For even one wheel to be on the Public Highway it must be Fully road legal and that means Insurance, MOT and Road Tax. Other wise it must be on Private Property with the owners consent. If you have Insurance and Road Tax you do not have to SORN it.

Hi no you can't you will get a fine if a police car passes it with a ANPR camera fitted. so it needs to off the public highway.

ive applied for a vic check an waiting on my appointment date to take the car in . i just want to know if am ok to park it on the road out side my house till i get the date? . the tax runs out the end of the month an am unable to tax it till its passed its vic
