Can a engine lock up on a 2010 camaro v6 with if it has the right amount of oil?

yes if the oil punp went out which wasnt an uncommon problem on those motors, check the oil for metal shavings, and when you turn the motor over see if it has oil pressure

There was a recall on those models not sure about your year but it was a recall about the superchargers seizing the engine.

Sure it's possible. You won't know for sure until it's checked our further because it could be a number of things.

yes

One day I was driving my car and and cut off on me when I was driving on the express way and would not start, I thought the battery was dead because it would not start I tried to give it a jump but all it does is make a click noise like if the starter is bad, I had someone take off the starter and the person tried turning the flywheel with a pri bar but they said it would not turn so is the engine locked? Is has the correct amount of oil in it and the engine only has 63, xxx miles and never had any problems before this
