So it'll put out 0.2 amps.
A small battery charger puts out 10 amps. A shop battery charger puts out 60. Do the math. It'll probably take 6 months of constant sun to charge your battery
a 2.5w panel will keep a good battery good, but it wont charge up a dead battery.
not practical .
Voltage is what determines if it will charge.
Amperage determines how fast it will charge.
So if you are willing to wait long enough, it will work.
But that is very low amps, so will take an impractically long time.
It sure can, but it will take some time and a sunny day.
