Can I put a ford front seat in a honda?

You would have to test fit it & see. Also, if there are any electric devices in the seat, like electric adjustments, that would need some custom electrical work to get the plugs to match.

If you do not know or are not willing to capitalize proper names of cars and in your youthful version of reality accepting that you have no idea how to do any sort of mechanical work in cars, HOW, and I mean that, HOW is it logical and reasonable or even closely intelligent of you to ask IF you can swap seats? How old are you? Can you do a tracheotomy based on written instructions? Could you bake an Angel cake? Oh but for the dream of an undisciplined and inexperienced and challenged brain. And this from a person who, knowing that all proper names in English, and capitalized HIS OWN NAME, cannot write Ford or Honda but "ford" and "honda?" Oh, I beg of you, rip this car apart and go for the seats you want. Go for it. By the time you are "finished" the repairs will cost a lot more, a lot more than what any mechanic would charge. Please, start and then, please, let us know how it went. Keep records so the amount of money wasted, sorry, used, is accurate.

I doubt anyone has tried it before but sure, it is very likely possible. The only question will be how much fabrication will be required to make the seats fit.

I don't think that is something you are going to want to attempt. Anything is possible but if you get into an accident there is no professional that is going to want the liability of being the one who swapped seats.

A seriously dumb idea, and it will ruin the value of your "new" Honda.

I want to put the front seat of my old ford focus in my new honda civic because the ford seats are way more comfortable than my honda seat. Anyway im really close with a mechanic that works at a body shop.. He told me it is possible but bring it in it can be easy or really complicated. I want to do it myself because he will charge me a good buck. if it is possible what will I need tools, Frame, seat adjustment, etc I have no clue so how should I do this and go about it?
