cutting the mufler out wont hurt the 02 sensors removing your catalytic converters are the only thing that will effect your 02 sensors. Usually you have an 02 sensor before the cat and after the cat. if you wanted to run straits without throwing everything off leave the first one in run straight pipes then get a tuner to turn the rear 02 sensor off. or run straight pipes but put in a high flow cat.
What do you expect to accomplish with this? Yes, the car mostly likely will not work correctly. All of the components are engineered into the car. It is also a federal law as to modifying any components related to emissions. We have poisoned the atmosphere enough. Yes, that means the air you breath and others on the planet.

I want to straight pipe my car but I don't know what I need to de because my muffler has an o2 sensor in it and I don't know if that will mess anything up. I was thinking about leaving the cat converter on. It should i take that off too to make the car louder? And please don't lecture me with smog checks and blah blah blah my state does not do smog checks
