Brake problem on car.?

if you checked for leaks (no leaks), good pads on the front and (shoes) rear. bleed the brakes. and still low brake pedal. I am assuming that there is drums on the back.1) I would adjust the rear brakes.2) check pressure in front and rear. 3)replace master cylinder and make sure you bench bleed it before you put it in and bleed the brakes after to get all of the air out. 4)Keep in mind that 3 or more percent moisture in the brake fluid will give you a low pedal do it in what ever order you want "If it was me I would adjust rear brakes first". I just read left rear no fluid "crack just before the hose on LR and see if you get fluid, could be a collapsed hose "inside you will not be able to tell by looking at it. your bleeder could be corroded closed or the brake cylinder could be frozen (check both pistons in the brake cylinder) hope all this info helps

You need to get fluid to the rear left brake cylinder. Either you didn't bleed it properly or the line is not allowing fluid through it, or the master cylinder is not pumping fluid through the valves.

Pads are good. The rear left valve didn't squirt fluid during bleeding. That's the only thing I can think of but didn't figure it posed a problem...

you've had to have over looked something. If you did all you said, then you had to have discover a problem. They've been bleed & no leak's? You had to have over looked something, check again.

Check the pads.

2002 Chevrolet Cavalier 150,000 miles. This car is for a friend of mine that brought it over for me to look at as the brakes on the car aren't working properly. You literally have to have the brake pedal pushed to the floor board for them to work.

I inspected the master cylinder and brake lines and saw no leaks. I then bleed the lines thinking that this was the problem. It didn't work and the brakes are still just as bad as they were before bleeding them. What else can I check on this car/ Any/all information will be appreciated greatly. :)
