The tests should likely reveal a failed part or loose or corroded connection or cable that has too much resistance.
A failed or partial failure in a circuit protection, like for the alternator charging the battery. these tests are made under load with real equipment by factory trained technicians at the most reliable places.
Once you know whats wrong and it's charged up, you can get your repair however you decide.
It's a 2001
Hi so how old is the car as rust around the lamp cluster is teh usual result of a flickering lamp. yes the old rust turns a good solid lamp into flickering. what you need to is remove the light cluster and remove the rust to give the bulb circuit a good earth return for the bulb so it lights.
Is it a 48 Hudson?
alternators going out.. these lights pop up when the voltage isn't right.. so alternator kinda works but soon enough it will just crap out..
I need some help. My battery and brake light came on and like would flicker. Stay on then go off for a bit then come back on. I got my alternator and battery checked and it was all fine except some corrosion on the battery. Then later that day before work, the car died on me when the light flickered on. What is wrong with it?!
