Pull the battery cable clamps off & scrape both the inside of the clamp AND the sides of the battery posts. Fords are famous for corroding that connection. If she works better, most all car parts stores carry a small wire brush designed just of that job.

You have an electrical parasitic draw somewhere. Check grounds and wiring.
