Just in front of the windshield are some vent holes that allows the rain water to drain from the windshield down. Open the hood and look for the drain holes for this compartment. Most likely they are clogged.
if it,s rain water then try to adjust the doors a little bit tighter so the doors will shut tighter against the weather stripping and do the same way on the trunk lid !
Sounds like the drain holes in the door are clogged. Open the door and clean out the drain holes on the bottom.

I suppose that FIRST, you have to determine where the water is coming from. Unfortunately, you didn't give enough details here to figure that out... WHEN does the water show up? When it rains? When you wash the car? When you drive with the AC on?
