Batteries are prorated. Depends on how many month battery you bought. If its a 24 month battery and its two years old, they won't do anything. If its a 72 month battery and two years old, you get some back. etc.

if it will take and hold a charge, there is nothing wrong with the battery

Leaving for basic training today. Forgot to remove car battery. Battery was bought in the past year from Autozone. Do you think that if the battery doesn't work when I get back that they'd let me exchange it?
