97 dodge ram burning oil?

I would recommend to do a engine rebuild at this time put new seals and piston rings before you put those new prices in pull the motor take it apart then take the motor to a machine shop and have the block and the heads resurfaced or you could always sell it to a guy like me for cheap I would pay 100 dollars for it only because of the work that I would have to do before I could even drive it

The motor is worn out and needs to be rebuilt. Anything you try to do will only work for a few months, if at all.

I'm positive that the problem you're having is due to it being a dodge.

rings and valve seals

Geez - I sound like a broken record, but give the CerTech Gels a shot on eBay or Amazon.

my 97 dodge ram burns a lot of oil and there is no leaks, it has almost 200,000 miles I do not wanna get rid of it ive been using 10-30, when I first start the truck up a little blue smoke comes out and if I drive and floor it on the high way it pours white smoke out like crazy! and also it seems like a little oil is being sprayed out of the exhaust.. any help would be nice thanks
