The very first thing, if you have not checked it (you don't mention) is the coolant level in the radiator. If the coolant is very low all those things can happen. Otherwise you have at least two things wrong - overheating and indicating not coolant temperature.
You need to check several possibilities one by one until you solve your problem. Most people ignore changing the coolant every 2 - 3 years so the radiator & heater core both corrode. That said, if you losing coolant but not leaking it, you are possibly having a head gasket failure. An expensive repair too.
On a engine over 20 years old you on borrowed time if you have not yet changed the head gasket on a Honda Engine. Before you change the thermostat I recommend you do a compression test to check your cylinder health.

Started 3 days ago, turned car off n heard bubbling, sound was coming from rad reserve container, fan don't seem to be coming on, temp gauge inside of car not moving, it stays on cold, I turned car on 2day n added more antifreeze while car was running, nothing is leaking. It's been suggested that I need new thermostat, I need help. I
