I was thinking it was the heater valve was clogged or something it's a elderbrock carb I turned ever screw on it. I was putting a thermal limiter on the ac and rev the gas and it started this crap

The vacuum choke pull-off isn't working or the choke valve and fast idle cam hasn't been adjusted properly. When was the last time the *fuel filter behind the large fuel inlet nut was replaced?

Buick 350 first the carb stopped choking second it's running off. I have changed spark plugs wires coil and new fuel line including filter no change. Any help as in what else to try. The car will crank up fine with manually pushing the carb lid down so it will choke and then it's fine but soon as you put in gear starts jumping. I drove it down the road and it wants to break out of whatever it is but nothing and it won't cut off its just running off..Any help
