Yes i agree they are over inflated think of it this way you see the small area of wear well that was the majority of the surface area of your tire in contact with the road so that effects braking and handling not to mention it coast you money because your going to replace your tires sooner than you should have. You should go to a tire shop and buy valve stem caps that change color when the pressure is wrong there about 3 buck each and work great will keep you from over or under inflating.

Center tread wear is an obvious sign of over inflation. Nothing else would cause such. Look at the info sticker on the door frame of your Chevrolet to find the recommended PSI and stick with it.

Open the drivers side door and look for the placard (sticker) that tells you the proper inflation pressure for the tires mounted on your truck. THAT is the proper pressure for your tires... NOT the numbers printed on the side of the tire.

Wearing down the center means they are over-inflated. Wearing on the sides means they are under-inflated.

That would normally show that they are overinflated....

35 psi

I thought on tire wear they wear on sides causeing a egg shape mines are going bold in center and still have more tread on the edges is this normal on some makes and designs. chevy1500z71. prime well tires
