Sounds like a classic tread seperation in the tire.Usually they wobble at low speeds and tend to smooth out as you go faster, but still vibrate.Jack up the rear of the car and spin the tire/wheel.The seperation should be noticable. No fix other than a new/used tire.
As you have just had work done that required a wheel being moved the very first thing i would do would be to check how tight the wheel nuts are.
Check to see all the wheel lugs are tight. I have driven with only 2 half holding on and the other two lost on the road. Fortunately within a stone throw of my house. Other than that, you got a bent wheel rim. It is garbage.
i have a 2002 chevy prizm often when im driveing i feel the rear drivers side wheel wobble. i just had the rear brake's and springs changed and eveything looked fine. any opinions on what it could be.
Colin nailed it.
