Simple solution first. Put 3gal of gas in the tank. Then thru process of elimination try what the others have stated. Remove the fuel line at the engine and crank while someone watches gas flow to check pump.
So it won't crank but turns over. OK now would you like to ask something besides a brainless dumb so called question?
Cranking is turning over. I guess you mean it won't start? If that is true, obviously you have no compression, fuel being delivered to the cylinder, or you have no spark.
both ideas are the same, cranking and turning over. if it will not fire up, that can be a complex issue. low compression, bad timing, poor spark or bad air fuel mixture are ideas that come to mind.
Eh? Cranking is the engine turning over.......
