now my car drive speed 70 i feel like inside car shaking and balance shaking ,

Yes it's something wrong. Have the tires balanced. What, exactly, was the damage?

While im not certain it could be down to wheel balance if your steering wheel is shaking too thats usually a sign.

check your tires balance sounds as if you ran it over that would do it or you bent a suspension part
