Why parallel lines never meet?

If you draw x perpendicular lines that cross both parallel lines, their distance would always be the same. Hence, the lines never get closer to each other, and will never meet.

That's the definition of parallel lines, ie, lines that never meet.

Like asking why 3 is 3, that is the definition.

Because parallel lines travel straight on a plane.

If they were to intersect than they wouldn't be parallel, would they?

parallel lines do meet at infinite distance (and one can never reach infinity ) so we say that they donot meet, well the longitudes of the earth are parallel but they meet at poles,

Because the points(coordinates) on the graph of these line never coincide.

Because the angle between them is zero!

Because both lines hate to each other.

and doesn't want to see face too each other. and doestn't want meet.

Dear,

Thank you, am also fine like you then dear its a true theory ( formula )based on this only we can develop some new things so it cannot be alter.please com, have a nice life.
