It would seem you need to find the leak and have it repaired. Do not drive the car if the cooling system looses coolant as quickly as you say. Have the car transported to a trusted privat mechanic or dealer of the car. More than likely the water pump or lower radiator hose is leaking.

You can buy a radiator pressure tester from auto parts store of even harbor frieght

Put water in it and pump it up that will give you a clear idea where it is coming from

Water pumps are notorious on those

How is anyone supposed to be able to help you without being able to look at the car? Get under it an find out where it is leaking from.

Sounds like a leaking muffler bearing to me.

I replace the radiator in July. Now it's leaking from front of the engine. Every time I put water or coolant it's coming right out. I have 2004 dodge intrepid. Need help..
