Get the coolant checked at a repair shop for exhaust residues: it's a quick cheap test which determines whether there's been an expensive head gasket failure. If that's good,, then a system pressure test will show where any leaks are. But before all that, a simple visual check of the coolant hoses, expansion tank and the radiator (if easily visible) could show the site of a leak.
Get it sorted ASAP, even if the head gasket is fine then overheating often causes them to fail. A cheap and easy repair can become a ruinously expensive one.
It could be a head gasket, a bad thermostat, a bad water pump.
When cars overheat they often spit out coolant so i'm not shocked you are needing to add coolant regardless of the problem. IF the engine actually is overheating then you could be doing serious damage driving it all the time. Take it to a mechanic and get it checked. Otherwise it won't be long before you need a new engine.. and that's more expensive than fixing the engine currently in there.
Hi something everyone keeps missing... is the pressure cap on the radiator.. if it does not hold the proper pressure it well let to much coolant out into the recover tank and that well dump the coolant onto the ground as you drive. so you well not see any leak.. most of the time the caps are only good for one over heat condition then they need replace.. Caps are cheap and shops don't make any money on cheap or easy fix...
Check the cap
good luck

If you are loosing coolant with no apparent leak then you have a blown head gasket. Keep driving this vehicle and you will destroy the engine. Take your Dodge to a professional for repair before you end up ruining the engine.
It could be the head gasket.
We have a Dodge Grand Caravan 2005. We keep adding coolant. Because the light and signal for the h and c keeps coming on when it hits red shortly after driving. We pull over and it goes back to normal after about 5 minutes. But now my husband is having to drive 30 to keep it from overheating. Any ideas? Before the light came on we could add coolant ever so often and we had no problems.
