Which is the highest rank of engineering?

There really isn't a rank, it depends on what you like to do. I'm an electrical engineer, and it's great. I get to play with electronics all day. My wife is an aerospace engineer, and she gets to build airplanes.

If you're asking for a salary rank, generally engineering salaries are related to how specific the degree is. General engineering degrees like mechanical, electrical, and civil will pay slightly less, but there are also more jobs available. Specific degrees like materials, aerospace, and chemical will pay more, but there are fewer jobs available. The more specific degrees can also pigeon hole you into specific industries, like aerospace, which can be difficult at times.

I think it's great that you want to be an engineer. It can be difficult to pick a type. I encourage you to research all of them and look at what jobs are available to each type. Don't look too much at what the college is like. College is 4 years and your career will be 40, so it's much more important to end up in a job that you enjoy.

You may want to fill out an occupational interest questionaire to compare your traits to the traits of professionals that are successful in their respective fields. These should be available through your high school counselor, or an occupational psychologist. You may want to research the local chapter of the various engineering societies in your area to avail yourself of their outreach programs, such as the Society of Women Engineers, SWE, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME, or American Society of Civil Engineers, ASCE, etc.

You cannot compare the rank between different engineering fields.

I suggest mechanical or electrical (or maybe hardware engineering.

Am 15 and in loooove with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I would like to be an engineer...problem is I have no idea on what ( At first I decided to be an aeronautical engineer...now am pretty much confused ) heeeelp :)
