To check if the hoses are cracked, spray car cleaner on the hoses (with the engine running). The engine will rev up from the carb cleaner if the hose has a crack.
Year/Make/Model/Engine? Many cars no longer use vacuum for cruise control, but if you can tell us bit more maybe we can help more...
The 'rubber' hoses ?? Take a snipped-off end to most any car parts store - They probably sell it by the running foot. If it's gotten hard with age & cracked, see if you can get a better piece that still has some flexibility to it.
if your looking to buy vacuum hose then auto zone or advance sells it by the foot !
