Most commonly, rattling under your car will mean one of two things:
Your suspension is damaged in some way
Your exhaust pipe is damaged in some way
Geez, I used to have a 91 Geo Prizm and it was a GREAT car!!!

Yours sounds more like a clown car trying to be driven.
Definitely take to garage to have them look at it. Sounds extremely serious, and you shouldn't drive it until it's looked at by a professional. Of course, I'd never let my Prizm get THAT bad, but it sounds very dangerous to drive. Please get it looked at soon. Your life may depend upon it.
One of the tires possibly has an "egg" in it, this is caused when the tread or side wall has damage and has now an oval shape. Very dangerous, have it seen to soon before it fails. At high speed a failure like this could cause serious damage and risk to yourself.
Could be any number of things; bad tires, tires out of balance, bad shocks, CV joints....
Take the car to a mechanic and have them check it out.
Sounds like your ball joints are in advanced stage, in fact about to go. That means the wheel becomes disconnected.

My car has been making some weird sounds. What could this be? Every time I drive on the freeway and I'm driving slow maybe 20-25 mph, my car makes an up and down movement and also when I drive 65 mph it makes a really loud boom noise and begins to shake. What could be wrong with my car :( btw it's a 2002 Chevy Prizm similar to the old Toyota corolla! Does anyone know about cars? Please help me!
