This is really a personal preference.
Do you find chemical reactions and the effects of catalysts interesting? if so, Chemical Engineering would be the answer.
Do you find medical developments and biomechanical limb replacements interesting? if so Biomedical would be the way to go.
Do you find machine design, aerodynamic shells, and engines interesting? That's mechanical engineering.
What about nuclear reactors? space shuttle design? water purification? bridge design? creating new (stronger, more flexible, more durable) materials? computer programming? tech toy design? There are a lot of options out there...
Sound Engineering.
Its the designing and malipulation of something that can't actually be touched.. which i think is pretty cool :P also Its the coolest :)
