If you have any idea as to what uni you want to go to have a look at their entry requirements.
Since I'm from Croatia, I'll give you what I know that you have to know to be even close to Electrical Engineering.
The most fundamental knowledge is mathematics(a GOOD one). It all revolves around it.The subject you have to pass on a college are: Electronics, Electrical networks, Mathematics(from simple 2 equations with 2 unknowns, derivations, integrals to approximations in functions and graphs) and many more. Understanding how Ohm law works, Millman's theorem, analysis of currents, voltage drops and power consumption in a circuit, all is needed for a electrical engineer to be productive.
Anything that has a base in mathematics, you will have to pass.
Hope I was helpful.
Good grades. Try the army website you could be a electrical engineer in the army.
