Have you considered media editing? You get to incorporate technology and art. However, I would pull up a course schedule from your school to see what classes you would need to take to pursue said major. Just a hunch, but there really is no "in between." Meet up with an academic advisor about this, and they could probably offer more insight on your situation than I can.
Consider this, as an engineer, you can easily pursue media editing and the works, but as an "artist" you will never be able to be an engineer without the course work and knowledge that goes behind it.

I've recently hit an identity crisis during my second year in college. I'm currently studying computer engineering. I'm not enjoying it much. I chose it because I don't dislike it and its a secure career for when I graduate.
I've always enjoyed things like making home videos and editing them. I've always enjoyed and appreciated the arts. Especially music. But I've always loved and been fascinated about technology and using technology.
I've been trying to find a balance between engineering and the liberal arts and find out what career would be the one I should pursue.
Help would be so appreciated. I'm kind of stuck and I'm depressed at being confused and not knowing. I'm resorting the the Internet community to help.
Any feedback would be great. Thank you in advance.
