Their is basically nothing you can do to make it go faster that will be cheap. Tranny work, engine work, and differential work is what you're looking at to improve speed. Very costly for something so dumb. You'll jack 6 grand in it just to gain 15 mph to race your buddy and end up blowing a connecting rod out the case anyway.

I think you should understand what is needed to do what you want to do and know ANYTHING you do is going to cost money and there are possibilities that whatever you do will ruin what you now have. So be aware of what you wish for.

Simplest and most effective - nobody ever changes their air filter, put a clean one in so the engine can breathe.

I have a 97 Nissan altima. I want it to go faster than what it already can. It is stock. I do not want to put turbo because it is too expensive but are there parts to the car I can replace that will make the car go faster? Any ideas please let me know what you think
