The main thing is, make sure you ALWAYS wear your welding gear. You could get flashed. My husband has gotten flashed so many times from not wearing the proper glasses to block the light out. His eyes were in so much pain, he'd wake up in the middle of the night freaking out because his eyes hurt so bad. That's all i really know. Hope it helps!
