We do know that it's a 9 year old car - it costs a lot to keep a 2006 Rolls-Royce repaired . . . . or a 2006 Yugo.
You have the right to take your car elsewhere for service. Unless you have proof that they were not providing the service you were charged for (hint: you pay for the parts and labor, not "fix the problem), or that they were acting in bad faith, there's not much recourse.
Your Chrysler 300c is simply a poor quality vehicle, it has been since the day it rolled off the assembly line. Time to reboot and get a better quality automobile.
You have the right to dump it and buy a real car.

i have a chrysle 300 c 2006. already tried fixing it 5 times. and everytime i take it to a garage or the freaking company itself they charge me no less than 400 dollars. so i have already changed a lot of parts that they told me needs to be fixed, and stillt he same issue is still there what are my rights. plus i dont have a warranty on my car.
the issue is that the car stops workign for some reason. it feels like the fuel is not reaching or maybe the spark plugs are messed up. idk, but the company itself said it fixed everything when obviously they dint.
