Water in engine?

Check transaxle fluid, water may have got in thru vent. Other than that, if interior is dry, you should be fine.

I don't think 18" of fluid will hurt anything, and if the car is driving fine now, I wouldn't be concerned. Especially since your car is still under warranty (assuming you have under 60k miles)

i would say as long as you drive it everyday it will be fine, that kindof dries things out ..but i would try to avoid puddles as much as possible it can get into bearings and cv joints and things, wash out the lube and cause premature failure ..

You're probably OK.

I was driving my 2013 Ford Fusion and was raining heavily and drove through a puddle about 1 - 1 1/2 feet deep, the car in front of me got stuck but mine went through fine, it din't shut off or anything it keep running fine and smoothly, when I got home I checked the engine oil and it looked fine not milky looking or anything, Could it be damaged? is there's anything else I can check to see if water got in anywhere?
