Start over on a new post....be clear.....stop and start new sentences. Sounds from what i can make of it could be your ignition switch. Or maybe the catylactic converter is plugged. I dont know unless you describe it all better.

You sound a bit too stupid to be under the hood of a vehicle. Have a mechanic look at it for you.

I have a 2008 silverado i have to put the key foward and bank many times before i actually turn on the truck for it to turn on right but still have just a lil struggle but not as much if i dont put the key foward and also while im driving out of no where my dash will say engine power reduce it goes about 10mph thats it i have to get off pop the hood open to take the message of the dashboard so it can run agian fuel pump area making loud buzzing noise i already change the fuel pumo no luck please help thanks.
