Use a force cup (plunger) to push the blockage through. If that doesn't do the trick you probably need to run a power snake through the sewer. You can rent them and run it down the sewer clean out, or take the toilet off the floor and run the snake down the drain hole underneath. It's the time of year that drains get clogged with roots.
