As an emergency to let you drive carefully to a tire shop? Yeah it's probably no worse than a "space saver" tire.
But mixing different tires on the same axle is NOT good, in fact it would be illegal in the country, and you would fail annual inspection.
If it is a newer truck, that one tire will mess with your ABS system & cause some error messages. Also, if the truck is a 4x4, that could be a big problem. So only as a last resort, & for the shortest period possible.
