Find an old mobile, the buzzers in those used micro motors, you can also harvest the battery if you can charge a lithium cell separately.
There's small brushless DC motors for electric flight, see http://www.allelectricrc.co.uk/brushless... but they're a bit above your budget. The suggestion to salvage one from an old mobile phone seems to be your best option although it may not be up to turning some propellors.
Gliders don't have motors, by definition.
