you could have a bad u-joint if it,s a 4 wheel drive !
could be bent wheel or your tires are not balanced either way have someone look at it
Check for a bent wheel which is what this sounds like.
I have a 99 chevy k2500. Truck started shaking awhile back at 45mph. Never messed with it until my front brakes went bad. Had those replaced and a ball joint replaced. Shaking wasn't as bad, then it picked back up. Got the other ball joint replaced....shaking still occured. Got my tires rotated and balanced, shaking got worse. Three more balances the shaking has stayed the same. One tire has a "hop" and they put it up front. Very very little shaking in the steering wheel but A LOT coming from the back. Any suggestions? Drive shaft looks fine when spinning and tires are a year old.
