Sears Auto Gave Misdiagnosis. advice needed.?

hey checked the battery but didn't go far enough on checking complete system. so either go back and ask them to do it right or find another mechanic and have him to it. also did you have the rest of the problems repaired. since that is a safety issue

They were more worried about your ball joints and tires than to check why the battery went dead. This should be the last place you ever go to. Begin your search for an actual mechanic or learn how to diagnose it yourself.

Go somewhere else - for a second opinion on the front end issues - just feels wrong that all that was found yet they missed a bad alternator.

Take it back to Sears immediately! Ten points please!

I'm like ok perfect...!

On Friday 9/12/2014 my car was giving me signs that it was hesitating to start up. But it would start. I automatically assumed either my Battery, alternator, or starter. Well since I got my last battery from sears auto I figured I would go back to them. I Called first to see will they check the battery alternator starter before changing anything. They told me yes that they do a diehard service check. Im like ok perfect. So I took my car in that Saturday morning 9/13/2014, well after about 40mins they told me my battery tested weak. And gave me additional things that were wrong they stated my ball joint screws were loose and my tire was loose and they stated it wasnt safe to drive. Ok well they still changed the battery. And sent me on my way car started up fine. I lived 5mins away drove home and parked my car. Didn't drive it Sun/Mon per it was safe. Tuesday 9/16/2014 when I go to start my car it started and I went to the store. But when I leave the store my car will not start I had to get a jump for my car to start. Now my car won't start unless its jump. Im being told my alternator is bad. How come sears didn't notice or say anything? What do I do now? I need advice?
