Question about my automatic car window?

Probably goo in the window tracks, like Kristin said, you may need to clean out the tracks. I doubt the tea got into the motor and shorted it out, they are pretty well sealed units and are engineered to take some rainfall etc. Be careful cleaning it out so you don't short out any electrics or hurt your speakers in the door.

The liquid could have shorted out the electric motor. Was the window down at all?

there could be sticky residue in the gears for your window. You may have to take off the door panel to clean it out.

check the fuses.

So, first of all I'm stupid, I realize this but my mistake is something MOST people have done in their life so that makes me feel somewhat better about my brainless self today.

When I left work, I had my big cup of sweet tea sitting on top of my car, and before I realized what I had done, it flew off my car roof and the tea went ALL over my driver's side window and down the door. Literally probably about 2 minutes later, I couldn't roll my driver's side window down and I work 20 minutes from home so it wasn't like I had anywhere to stop. But when I got home, I sprayed off my door and I sprayed off around the edges of my windows; what could be the problem? Because it's STILL not rolling down.
