Check and see what the car holds then if you have got that and still see nothing on the dip stick it's ether just a open hole some going out as fast as you put it in or it is going some wear that it shouldn't be like the coolant as long as the dip stick hasn't broke at the handle making it to short I have see that a lot

first thing, are you sure you are putting the oil in the right place? then, if it doesnt show on stick after one more quart, you best find out where its going.

If your engine hold 5 quarts it still might not show on the dipstick

Sometimes you need more then three quarts, to show on the dip stick (on some cars). Try one more quart, and if it still doesn't show on the stick, check for leaks under the car. If there are no leaks outside the motor, then the leak is inside the motor. Check your radiator for oil in the antifreeze. If oil is in your radiator, then you have a bad gasket, or a crack. My dipstick read that i had literally no oil in my engine then i put 3 quarts in and it still reads nothing in there.. what do I do??
