You have guessed incorrectly so far and you are asking for more incorrect guesses? And this works for you? Only mechanics know about cars and specially the heating and air conditioning systems. Very complex system and it can be dangerous. I do not recommend you do anything. Find a mechanic.
try to change your settings to floor and or defrost area to see if the air flow is any different, if not then it could be what is called the fresh air , or blend air door actuator not working properly , and yes some times you can view the air cores to see if there is a blockage , but this can become a tricky area to work with , if any concerns in this area i would too suggest to find a local mechanic you can trust to try and locate your troubles, and yes i am a mechanic for over 25 years now, good luck
Check if the evaporator or heater core are plugged with leaves and debris.
the vent flaps may not be moving. a cable or sometimes vacuum or electric operated. leaves usually stick in the inlet vent grill below the windshield. but maybe the motor replacement job is faulty.
Hey I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima SE.
My blower motor went out and I just replaced it today and put it in and well it runs great!
But.. when I turned the car on the heat works fine and same with the air conditioning.
Its the fact that weather or not high or low doesnt matter it just doesnt seem to push air out of the vents, So I took out the glove box and checked the air filter and yeah looks like im going to have to replace it. So I took out the filter and put the cover back on the filter cage without the filter on to see if the filter was making it not push enough air through. It made no difference at all so im curious to as what the problem is. It is a brand new motor I will be replacing the air filter tomorrow. Please give me some stuff to look at im stumped at what it is. possibly the switch for the face vents isnt working? Im open to anything you guys might have to offer thanks!
