If it is leaking "just because", replace the radiator. That simple.
First of all do not open cap of radiator if the engine is on. It will make a fountain of hot water which may harm you. Get as soon as possible with the nearby mechanic.
If you knew how inexpensive new radiators are you wouldn't have bothered asking for tips that do not work.

don't put in the rad sealer that looks like syrup,,,use the one that is a dry metal powder ..the syrup stuff plugs everything including the heater core ...the powder stuff can at leased be flushed out later
