It is not medicine better than electrical engineering. It where you have interest in.
It depends on you. Follow your interest.
General perception: medicine is better the electrical engineering.
It is your choice which way you want to go.
If I am sick, I need a doctor. If I want to send signals from a cell phone to a cell tower, I need an engineer to create the system. If I want to build a magnetially levitated train, I need an engineer to create the system. If a patient needs an artificial intelligent prothesis which responds to nerve electrical signals, I need an electrical engineer who knows about the nervous system.
Where lies your passion ?
electrical engineering way to hard then medicine and medicine is easy to get but it takes more years!!!
