Some 10 yrs back another girl asked the same after getting thru IIT JEE and counselling - after completing B Tech Civil - she was selected by Infosys in campus recruitment and now has left the job and pursuing MBA from IIM-L. So you can see possibilities are endless. Basically all streams of Engg have sufficient Physics content but mostly - applied and it is not very difficult. Comparatively - Civil Engg has less compared to Mech/Elect/ECE/CS etc. Best of luck.
