The badges will have an adhesive on the back, usually 3M, so all you need to do is wipe down the area with alcohol wipes to clean the area, using tape or something to align the badge straight and press it down.
Go to a local body shop and ask for some of their double stick tape for badges/emblems. I'm sure they would sell you enough to do the job you have in mind. Automotive paint sellers have the tape also but you'd probably have to buy a whole roll which would likely be more than you'll need..
Wipe the spot down with Isopropyl alcohol first and then stick it on there.
The badge should have super strong adhesive on it already. You just have to align it as straight as you can.
