No there is not besides the only person i know that can make a smoke screen with exausht is Bond James Bond. But know serious you cant in a gas engine black smoke is caused from running rich getting to much fuel and white smoke is caused from burnning oil because of bad rings.

with the car set up as it is, the cat would be plugged in a short time. a rich mixture will also foul the plugs. oil in the cylinders makes a bluish smoke. white is water from condensation or a damaged cooling system allowing water into the cylinders.
