You can't really make any generalization regarding a vehicle with over 200K miles already on the odometer. The answer really depends on how each vehicle was both driven and maintained. The fact that it made it to that milestone mileage suggests that the vehicle was looked after relatively well but it is still no guarantee that it will continue to operate trouble-free ( or with minimal maintenance ) in the future. That's why the price is as low as it is.
I had two neons and they were not bad cars good gas mileage but I never gotten it too 200,000 miles.all I have to say is to check the pressure on the heads and see if it blows lots of smoke when you hit the gas lol
It made it that far, which is pretty good. Most people who have owned one wouldn't say anything good about it. Hope your pizzas don't get cold. A motorcycle would be more efficient and you could get a pretty good one for $800.
Death trap
OK I plan on buying a 2002 Dodge Neon for $800 with 215,000mi on it. I will be delivering pizza with it and I need to know how reliable this car could be.
